Ϻ uses two separate online payment systems, one for Associated Student Body (ASB) and the other for Food Services. Bellingham families also have the option of paying by cash, check or credit card at each school.
ASB Online Payment
Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students’ account 24 hours a day at your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. This service is offered by a third-party provider and usually requires a convenience fee but the fee has been waived for online purchases.
The district does not request or keep records of family credit card account information. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. ASB online payment is available at:
All returned, refunded, or canceled transactions will be handled in accordance with off-line purchase policies unless otherwise noted on the web store. Neither the district nor Frontstream keeps or stores credit card information.

Food Services Online Payment
Note: Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school students eat breakfast and lunch at no cost. CEP schools are Alderwood, Birchwood, Carl Cozier, Cordata, Happy Valley, Northern Heights, Roosevelt, and Sunnyland Elementary Schools; Fairhaven, Shuksan, and Whatcom Middle Schools; Options and Squalicum High Schools. Students at other schools may qualify for free & reduced meals based on household income. Ϻ provides an easy way to add money to a food account by making payments through the online system, . If a food account balance is low, it will only take a few minutes to add money using a credit/debit card or a checking account at any time of the day from anywhere. Payments will post within one-hour to the student’s food account. Or, families can continue to fund school meal accounts for no fee with cash or check at their school.
